This seminar will focus on the use of electronic evidence in litigation cases and antitrust regulatory compliance before the Commercial and Chancery courts and will contain an introductory overview of electronic evidence technology for in-house lawyers and outside counsel. As the vast majority of business is now conducted electronically, legal professionals are faced with an emerging need to effectively manage electronic evidence in order to orchestrate litigation strategy.
